  • 2020 Yearbook Wins Gold

    New Hyde Park Memorial High School’s 2020 yearbook publication, Lance, was awarded a gold medal from the Columbia Scholastic Press Association. This marks the sixth consecutive year the publication has won gold awards from the national journalistic competition sponsored by Columbia University. This prestigious accolade ranks Lance as one of the best yearbooks in the country.

  • Senior a Coca-Cola Scholar Semifinalist

    New Hyde Park Memorial High School senior Jada Seto has been named a semifinalist by the Coca-Cola Scholars Foundation.

  • National Merit Finalist at New Hyde Park Memorial

    New Hyde Park Memorial High School senior Khushi Shah has advanced to finalist standing in the National Merit Scholarship program. Shah was presented with a Certificate of Merit and will be considered for National Merit Scholarships to be offered in the spring.

  • FBLA Winners

    During the week of Jan. 25, the New Hyde Park chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America competed in a virtual FBLA Spring contest. Eighteen New Hyde Park students competed against other schools in Nassau County in various business-related events. The results of the competition were announced at a virtual FBLA Spring District meeting held on Feb. 4. The first, second and third place winners are as follows:
