Carey Names May Seniors of the Month

H. Frank Carey named Daniella Rodriguez and Dominic Testani Seniors of the Month for May.

Daniella is intelligent, compassionate and truly committed to all she does. She is also easy-going, funny and caring. Daniella has excelled academically, ranking squarely in the top 15% of her class. Her academic efforts have been acknowledged by induction into the Business, English National and World Language honor societies. She holds multiple leadership positions as president of Hallways to Runways, vice president of Future Business Leaders of America, treasurer of World Language Honor Society and captain of varsity girls soccer team. Simultaneously, she works part-time as a hostess at a local pizzeria. This multifaceted young lady will be attending University of Scranton in the fall.

Dominic is not your typical high school student. His strong determination is what sets him apart from his classmates. He is without a doubt the definition of a hardworking student. Dominic will go above and beyond to reach his goals, no matter how big or how small. His sharp intellect and strong work ethic helped him gain membership into the National and World Language honor societies. He is president of the stage crew and is a three-season athlete on the varsity football, varsity winter track and spring track teams. This caring and dedicated young man will be pursuing a major in history teacher education at Adelphi University in the fall.
