Dear Resident,
In next week’s mail, you will find a copy of the Sewanhaka Central High School District’s calendar for the 2023-24 school year. In it you will find very important information about the district and our schools. Predictably, it will also contain information about many (but not all) of the events that will take place this year. For a complete calendar of events and details, please visit the “events” section of the school website and app.
This document, one that is unique to every school district, reveals the wide range of activities available to our students, and to our communities. I hope that everyone who receives a copy will consider attending a cultural, extracurricular, or sporting event during the year. We welcome you!
The final attribute of this mailing that I’d like to bring to your attention is the phone directory that will allow you to be in touch with building and central office administrators. We want to hear from you during the year and the numbers listed will assist you in that effort. The “staff” section of each school’s web site also includes contact info for every faculty member.
More information will follow before our first day of school; however, for now I hope everyone can find a way to enjoy and appreciate these last days of summer.
