On March 19, the H. Frank Carey PTA hosted a PTA ceremony celebrating the winners of the PTA Reflection art contest. In attendance was the New York State PTA President Helen Hoffman, who announced that Dylan Zitti’s photograph has advanced to the national level. Congratulations to all our PTA winners! We wish Dylan luck! All PTA Reflection winners will have their artwork displayed at the Franklin Square Library in April.
