Elmont Memorial High School senior and valedictorian Yusef Lateef has been named a finalist in the 2023-2024 Coca-Cola Scholars Program. He was chosen as one of 250 high schools seniors nationwide.
Yusef will participate in virtual interviews with a committee of Scholar alumni and staff members. Once these interviews are complete, 150 of the 250 regional finalists will be notified that they are Coca-Cola Scholars.
The Coca-Cola Scholars Program recognizes students for their academic excellence, leadership, and service demonstrated in school and community activities.
