On Dec. 8, the Elmont chapter of the Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) hosted the annual Officers Induction at Umberto’s Restaurant in New Hyde Park. Each of the five schools were represented by their officers and chapter members. Guests included Superintendent Regina Agrusa, Assistant Superintendent for Curriculum and Instruction Richard Faccio, school administrators and FBLA advisers.
During the candlelight ceremony, officers from each school were inducted. After networking bingo, chapter president's updates and dinner, students danced to music provided by the Sewanhaka's DJ club.
