Floral Park Memorial's Art Department is proud to recognize 14 talented student-artists enrolled in the Dual Enrollment Art Program at Nassau Community College! As the first, and currently only, high school district to partner with Nassau Community College for this program, Mr. Kutner's Drawing & Painting students are gaining invaluable college-level experience while still in high school. Each student showcased their work in an exhibition from April 20-May 1. A special reception on April 29 welcomed students and families to explore the gallery, meet faculty and tour the college’s art facilities. This incredible opportunity highlights our district’s commitment to support artistic growth and open doors to future pathways in the visual arts.
