The district’s annual College and Career Fair returned on Sept. 28, giving students and families the opportunity to explore a wide range of postsecondary options in one location. Hosted by the Counseling Centers of Elmont Memorial High School, Floral Park Memorial High School, H. Frank Carey High School, New Hyde Park Memorial High School and Sewanhaka High School, the event featured representatives from more than 100 colleges, universities, military branches and trade schools.

Throughout the evening, students gained insight into the many pathways available after high school. Whether considering a four-year college, military service, technical training or other career routes, attendees had the chance to gather information tailored to their interests and goals.

The event served as a valuable resource for students as they begin planning for their futures, helping them make informed decisions about the next chapter of their educational and professional journeys.
