On Oct. 30, MatchKin’s C-suite traveled to Long Island University for the Virtual Enterprise Leadership Conference, joining VE students from schools across Long Island. The team included CEO Siddharth Doshi, COO Madison Deutsch, CMO Kelly Abreu-Rodriguez, CFO Udeka Rana, CTO Diljaan Sanhsi and VP Of Human Resources Mateo Viant.

Each executive went to a breakout session for their role: marketing and sales, finance, management, technology, or HR and operations. In “Analyze a Winning Firm,” they broke down what makes top VE companies successful. Then in “Fix a Firm,” they worked with students from other schools to diagnose and solve a struggling company’s problems.

Between sessions, our team networked with VE students from all over Long Island, talking about MatchKin, hearing about other companies’ ideas and trading advice. Students said they learned so much and were grateful for the chance to share their business idea and learn from others in return.
