New Hyde Park Memorial High School

Congratulations to junior Angela Vlavianos, who was named a finalist in the Nassau County Teen Poet Laureate Contest. Angela was recognized for her written work and contributions to the literary community. Angela, who will also serve as New Hyde Park's inaugural Poet Laureate, will spend the coming year providing opportunities for NHP students to foster a love for language and literature.
