People holding awards and smiling

Hadi Rana is an outstanding young man. He is a total gentleman, a skilled participant in class and is always willing to help a classmate in need.

Zachariah Cyriac is a wonderful student to have in class. He is not only hard working but helpful. He strives to do well in class and helps his fellow classmates when he can. Zac is a fantastic example of a great gladiator.

John Parlapanides is an asset in class. He participates freely, is a solid contributor in pair and group work, and is always willing to step in and assist a classmate in need, especially involving technology. He works thoughtfully and well in class and, most importantly, always has a positive attitude. He is truly a joy to teach.

Gavin Mohabir is so kind and respectable to everyone in class. He also puts in an incredible amount of effort in his schoolwork. For example, he did a stop motion video on himself in the beginning of the school year. Students were asked to create a one-minute video, but this video took him 8 hours to complete. He is also always on time and prepared for class and is such a pleasure to have as a student.

Michelina Ragusa is kind, respectful and hard working. She always comes to class on time and prepared. She consistently puts in a great effort with her schoolwork and participates in class. She works well with others and cares about other students. She has made great progress so far this year and is truly coming out of her shell.

Mia Yurukov has a terrific work ethic in the classroom and is always kind to her fellow classmates. Whether this means trading seats with someone who is unable to see the board from the back of the room or a simple hello and goodbye at the beginning and end of the class period. She also makes a delicious looking charcuterie board and is an Islander Fan!

Congratulations to our Great Gladiators of November!
