On Oct. 10, Sewanhaka students celebrated Hispanic Heritage Month. They participated in dance lessons led by World Language Teachers Mrs. Madruga and Ms. Correa, as Mr. Argueta and the Prestige Worldwide DJ Club played Latin music for everyone to enjoy. Thank you to Mr. Caviedes' seventh grade classes for coloring beautiful posters to honor the Latin American countries we come from, the people that have made lasting contributions to our society, and the beautiful aspects of culture that we all enjoy — music, dancing and joy!
