On Nov. 4, business students visited MetLife Stadium for an exclusive behind-the-scenes look at stadium operations. During the visit, students explored how marketing, promotions, sponsorships, pricing, game-day logistics and customer service are managed in the professional sports industry. They made approximately 10 stops throughout the facility, where representatives and executives from the Jets’ front office shared insights about their roles and career paths in sports management.
The tour also included an inside look at key areas of the stadium, such as the Jets’ locker room, press box, luxury suites and the MetLife field itself, offering students a comprehensive understanding of what it takes to operate a major sports venue.
