Dear Sewanhaka Parents and Guardians:

I hope this letter finds you well. It may be hard to believe but we are coming close to the end of the 1st quarter of the school year. On November 1, 2021, we will host
Parent Teacher Conferences in-person at Sewanhaka High School. Conferences will be held during the afternoon session – 12:30pm – 4:00pm and an evening session – 5:30pm – 8:30pm. All parents are invited and encouraged to make appointments with your child’s teachers to discuss their academic progress. School counselors, psychologists and administration will also be available for conferences.

Conference appointments can only be made online through the PTCFAST system by clicking the link below:

Following choosing the teachers for your conference, an email from PTCFAST will be sent to you to make your appointments. If you do not receive an email, please check your spam/junk folder for the email.

The deadline for making appointments is October 30, 2021.

If you are not available on November 1, appointments for a phone conference on an alternative date can be scheduled by calling the department office and speaking directly with your child’s teacher.
