Infinite Campus Portal Assistance

The Sewanhaka Central High School District has implemented Infinite Campus, a new student information system that is replacing eSchoolData. Once the school year gets started, the Infinite Campus Parent and Student Portals (available via a website and Apple/Google app) will provide real-time access to student schedules, grades, contact information, online payments, communications, and more.

Parent Portal

On the afternoon of Tuesday, August 10, you should have received a personalized e-mail from communications@sewanhakaschools.org with the subject:  Important: Create Your New Sewanhaka CHSD Parent Portal Account.  Please read this e-mail carefully, and follow the steps to create a Parent Portal Account.

If you have not received the e-mail from communications@sewanhakaschools.org and currently have a student enrolled in our District, or are experiencing any other difficulties signing up for the Parent Portal, please e-mail campushelp@sewanhakaschools.org.

After this initial period of creating parent portal accounts, we will share with you instructions on how to use and make the most of this excellent new system.

Once you have successfully created your Parent Portal account, you can either access it via the Apple/Google app (see below), or bookmark this website: https://sewanhakaschools.infinitecampus.org/campus/portal/sewanhaka.jsp

Student schedules were published to the Portal on August 30, 2021. To view your schedule, navitage to "Schedule." If you would like to print a schedule at home, navigate to "Documents.'

The other features of the Portal will also be going live in September.

Student Portal

As of the afternoon of Tuesday, August 24, students entering Grades 8-12 will be able to access the Infinite Campus Student Portal. Incoming 7th graders and new entrants will be introduced to the Student Portal during your school's New Student Orientation Program on August 30.

On your school iPad, the Campus Student app will automatically install. (You can also download the Campus Student app to your personal phone from either the Apple App or Google Play stores.

To first sign in, please follow these steps:

  1. For District name, enter "Sewanhaka" and for State, select New York.

  2. When prompted to select your district, select "Sewanhaka Central HS District."

  3. Tap on "Sign in with your SCHSD Google Account"

  4. Enter your sewanhakaschools.org e-mail address.

  5. Enter your Google account password.

  6. Choose whether or not you want to stay logged in.

Student schedules were published to the Portal on August 30, 2021. To view your schedule, navitage to "Schedule." If you would like to print a schedule at home, navigate to "Documents.'
