On Nov. 29, Sewanhaka Central High School District Future Business Leaders of America (FBLA) students joined together for the annual Installation Dinner at Plattduetsche Park. Students enjoyed engaging with one another and discussing their skills. During the event, FBLA officers were inducted into their leadership roles.
Additionally, students were able to hear from special guest speaker Cris Almonte, CEO of event rental company Evolution Rentals, who discussed his journey as an entrepreneur. From this presentation, the students gained insight on how to be strong and persistent in the business field. The night wrapped up with newfound friendships, dancing and food.
