Seven Science Research Program students from Elmont Memorial High School and Sewanhaka High School participated in the UAlbany Research Symposium at the University at Albany on Feb. 25. They attended several student presentations related to their fields of interest. The symposium included a keynote address from a professional scientist and provided networking opportunities for students and teachers to engage with scholars working across a range of disciplines. Our students had an enriching experience, and the event helped strengthen their confidence and skills for future research presentations.
