H. Frank Carey High School celebrated homecoming in style on Sept. 19, as students, staff, families and community members came together for a day filled with tradition, excitement and Seahawk pride.

The festivities began with the annual homecoming parade, which stepped off along Caroline Avenue. The procession was led by the Franklin Square & Munson Fire Department and Nassau County Police Department, followed by the school’s marching band, cheerleaders, Pirettes and members of the homecoming court. Prior to the game, Amelia Kalamaras and Antonio Negron were crowned as this year’s Homecoming Royalty.

The celebration continued on the football field later in the day, where the Seahawks took on Baldwin High School. Energized by the support of the home crowd, Carey delivered a dominant 42-7 victory. Halftime featured spirited performances by the marching band, Pirettes and varsity cheerleaders, adding to the excitement of the afternoon.

From the parade route to the football field, the 2026 homecoming festivities showcased the strong sense of pride and tradition that defines the Carey community, creating lasting memories for all who attended.
